Radiographic Testing (RT)
Radiographic testing is the use of x-ray and gamma radiation technology to produce images onto film or imaging plates.
Penetrant Testing (PT)
Liquid penetrant testing is used to locate surface defects and variations on pipe and weld surfaces.
Magnetic-Particle Testing (MT)
Magnetic-Particle Testing is used to detect surface and sub-surface indications or defects on any ferrite magnetic material.
Positive Material Identification (PMI)
The analysis of a metallic alloy to establish composition by reading the quantities by percentage of its constituent elements.
Brinell Hardness Testing (BHT)
Inspectors use Proceq's cutting edge Equotip portable hardness tester, allowing us to inspect almost any manufactured metal part, polished object or heat-treated surface.
Delta Ferrite Testing (DFT)
Ferrite testing is a fast, inexpensive, and accurate way to measure delta ferrite content in austenitic and duplex stainless steels. Proper ferrite content provides a balance between ductility, toughness, corrosion resistance and crack prevention.
Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
Our inspectors in Ultrasonic Testing strictly follow codes AWS D1.1, Section VIII, ASME B31.3, API 1104, and RP2X to provide the highest quality service. Ultrasonic Testing is the utilization of sound waves to determine integrity, material properties, thickness, weld quality, and continuity of an applicable material.
Visual Testing (VT)
Visual Testing is one of the most traditional methods of inspection. The process includes a professional technician, not utilizing equipment, to look for any flaws in the storage tanks, piping, pressure valves, and other equipment.
